The persons wear a bracelet with an emergency button. In case the resident or patient has an incident with requires help, he or she can press the button. Now he nurses receive the last logged position of the calling person. The alarm (including name, position, alarm type) can be transmitted via existing nurse call systems or phone systems.

Receive the emergency call with the room and the name of the calling person
When a person is in an emergency situation, it is of advantage to know WHO called and from WHERE someone called. The SCC 5.0 Software offers a smart dashboard, on which the care giver finds all necessary information at a glance.
The care giver can get a better picture of the situtation, by looking at a map. Different maps (e.g. for every level) can be uploaded and integrated into the SCC 5.0 Software.


Track valuable assets inside of the building
Knowing where which device or object is offers a lot of advantages. Prolonged searching for them can be avoided. Double purchase of one device can be avioded by the optimizing the utilization. An additional alarm function informs when a tag is removed from an an asset or an asset is about to be stolen. Thereby it could be avoided that an ultra sound device leaves the floor via the escalator - just as an example.
Log the events
There can be situations, when it is of high importance to document. An example: By logging the events, the facility can proof that nurses reacted in time although a resident may had an accident.

Set a personalized access control for every resident of patient
Not every patient is allowed to access every room or area inside a facility. For example: A nurse could be informed that a person which is prone to fall is about to access the stairwell. Another person sets an alarm when he or she accesses the management area. You can create an own profile for every indivdual, so personal requirements can be met.
Easy to work and high usability
More than 15 years of expertise in the care market lets us know about the importance of the compliance of the care givers. A high level of acceptance for such a system is crucial. Therefore we designed the software as attractive as possible accoring to the needs of care givers. The interface can be operated intuitivly and user friendly by using self explaining symbols and icons. Furthermore we integrated different languages - why? Because we would like to offer care givers to use the software in their mother tongue. Currently german, english, french and arabic are available. More languages will follow soon.

The software SCC 5.0 offers divers interfaces (e.g. ESPA X or ESPA 4.4.4) in order to connect with nurse call systems or phone systems. This alarms can be displayed via the nurse call system, pager systems or telephone system. This offers all flexiblity you need.
